THE BEGINNING
From our President Kevin Breen’s humble beginnings in Ireland to building a massive family-owned real estate business, Coldwell Banker Elite is the ultimate story of the American Dream. Disillusioned with the existing brokerages, in 1980 Kevin Breen opened Coldwell Banker Carriage House (operated out of an actual carriage house!) and began to fulfill his dream for a real estate brokerage committed to integrity, professionalism, community involvement and going above and beyond for the client.
Simply put, we help countless families buy and sell their slice of the American Dream. We’re here for the first champagne toast in your dream home and the tearful farewell to your childhood home. For over 40 years, we’ve been proud to help generations of families buy and sell that wonderful, restful, magical place called home–over and over again.

Culture is important–we like to think of ourselves as a big happy family (that happens to sell a whole lot of real estate). Our entire staff strives for a collaborative and team-oriented culture that ensures the best possible climate for agent success.
Our agents are constantly impressing us — not only with their hard work for the company’s charitable efforts — like fundraising for Habitat for Humanity and volunteering at the SPCA — but with their own initiatives like organizing a river clean-up, collecting donations for a local food pantry and fundraising for local children with cancer. We love being able to give back to the community that we live and work in — and that commitment to doing the right thing shows up in how we do business.
