Annual Awards Banquet

Every year, Coldwell Banker holds a regional, two day rally. This fun-filled regional event is designed to educate, motivate and inspire. The two day rally ends in an awards celebration to recognize the hard working, dedicated agents in the region.   

The Coldwell Banker International Business Conference (IBC) features over 100 information-packed educational sessions, recognition celebrations, and a trade show with the latest tools in real estate.

For education, networking, and recognition, top producing Sales Associates receive an invitation to the annual Elite Retreat.
