While working as a manager and design specialist at Pottery Barn Kids, I discovered a passion to meet new clients and help them envision and create warm and inviting spaces for their families. After finishing my BAS in Human Relations at the University of Iowa, I decided to take the leap and pursue a career as a certified home stager and interior designer, launching my business, Kallistos Designs, LLC. Through my work with my staging business, I was able to partner with amazing people and realtors and saw my passion blossom into so much more.
Purchasing my first home with my husband piqued my interest in the real estate industry, but my work in staging ignited a deeper passion to not only create beautiful spaces, but to help my clients find their dream homes, leading me to pursue my license in real estate.
After I earned my Realtor license, I received training and expertise from top agents, exploring and learning all sides of the real estate business. My dedication to detail and love of helping others see the potential of their biggest investment is what motivates me the most.
Staging my clients homes and helping my clients buy and/or sell their home gives me the best of both worlds, and allows me to help my clients realize their dreams aren’t as far away as they once believed. When working with me you will get the complete package: The knowledge of home staging and design with the dedication it takes to be a successful Realtor. I draw upon my strengths in customer service, management, and business to listen to your needs, use my knowledge of the market area to help you make the right choice in a home, and negotiate the best transaction for you. I love to help potential buyers and sellers picture and connect with their new home. My commitment to you is complete from beginning to end, which doesn’t stop at closing.
