Deb Ellis is a Disney-fanatic who is passionate about being a super-mom and wife to her three children and husband of almost 20 years. Raised as a military brat and then marrying an Army man, she has traveled and lived all over this beautiful country and finally settled in Virginia in 2001. When not using her magical powers for her family, she is hard at work as the Co-Founder and Treasurer of the Owen Lea Foundation which helps families live with Neuroblastoma, a form of childhood cancer.
After her heart for her family, Deb is working toward changing the world with her for rapacious pursuit for professionalism in the real estate industry. Deb originally started working in real estate in California in 1997, then took a break after a successful career there. In 2004 she re-entered the industry in Virginia and served her clients with integrity and a heart for being an advocate for her clients, until 2010 when she accepted the responsibility of leadership in her firm. As a Broker, Deb desires to see the most from her agents in their personal work-life balance, client service, ethical engagement with everyone they meet and for the agent to find their highest possible success. Her path to finding this in the agents that she has the privilege of serving; includes coaching, supporting, mentoring and training those who desire to be successful.
