Hello, my name is Erin Brewer and I would love to help you with all of your real estate needs! I became interested in real estate while moving around the world and country as a military spouse with my husband and 4 children. I always found the adventure of moving to a new home and surroundings exciting, but it can also be stressful. After a bad real estate experience I remember thinking to myself I would love to be able to help prevent another person from experiencing that kind of stress when making one of the most personal decisions they will make.
I have been helping people my entire career, whether it was working as a substitute teacher/teacher’s aide for Department of Defense Dependent Schools, to real estate, or working in Special Education I strive to ensure that everyone I meet I treat with dignity and respect. After retiring from the US Army, my husband took a job that brought us to Virginia. This is where my love for real estate was reaffirmed with a great home buying experience. I feel that this is what I am meant to do, give people the same great experience I had during a stressful time in my life. Meeting new people, helping guide them through the buying/selling or renting process with integrity, empathy and treating people the way I would want to be treated are the principles which guide me.
Buying or selling a home is one of the largest financial decisions you might make in your entire life, therefore you want to ensure that the realtor that you hire is representing you and your needs. What you will get from me is a dedicated loyal agent that will stay with you every step of the way. Whether again it is buying/selling your residence/investment properties or looking for a rental, my promise is to give you exceptional service to give you the assurances that you made the right decision!
