Hello! My name is Heather O’Neill and I am a REALTOR® at Coldwell Banker Elite in historic Fredericksburg, Virginia. Originally from Connecticut, I have loved every minute of living and raising a family here in Fredericksburg for the past 12 years. If you’re considering a move or are new to the area, I’d be more than happy to share everything I’ve learned about relocating here so that you can settle in and start making the most of everything Fredericksburg has to offer!
With an undergraduate degree in marketing and graduate practice in counseling, I am uniquely equipped to make sure that your transaction is as stress-free as possible! I love being able to effectively position a sellers’ home in its best light and use creative marketing strategies to target just the right demographic. Over the years, I’ve turned my love of design and interior decorating into a keen ability to successfully stage and rearrange my clients’ listings. Living in and creating in a great home has always been one of my favorite pastimes.
When it comes to buying a home, I am an avid bargain-hunter and I love the “treasure hunt” to find that perfect property. I enjoy listening to buyers’ wants and needs and supporting them throughout the process, no matter how long their search takes! If you’re thinking about buying a new home, I am a Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS) and Residential Construction Certified (RCC) so I can help you navigate the new construction sale process.
Aside from my wonderful family, my main passion is my work. I pour 100% of my attention and time into making my clients happy and I am truly invested in each one of them. I will be right there with you on the emotional rollercoaster of buying your first home or selling to move on to the next phase of your life! If you think we would work well together, please give me a call and I’d be more than happy to help you!
