GRI, ePro-500, Associate Broker, REALTOR® EMERITUS, Omega Tau Rho
I have been a Realtor since 1973 and Broker since 1975. I have lived in the Manassas/Gainesville/Bristow/Nokesville area since 1964; almost a native to the area although I am a transplant from the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pa. I have raised four children in Pr. Wm. County, They, as well several grandchildren, attended local schools and all went on to graduate from State Universities; Virginia Tech, James Madison, Mary Washington and George Mason. I am familiar with the excellent education Prince William County Schools provide as well as our excellent State Universities. My husband, Mahlon Trenz, is a retired Navy Meteorologist, so we can help with Military Moves and relocations.
I chose Real Estate as my profession when I was a young Mom. It gave me flexibility to serve my client’s needs and still be there for important family activities and school events. I am a past manager, co-owner and Principal Broker/owner of a Franchised Real Estate office in Manassas for over 10 years. In 1996 I went back to my love of working directly with clients. I am a former Top Producer, Salesperson of Year for PWAR in 1987 and a Life Member of PWAR Million Dollar Club. I was awarded the Realtor Emeritus Designation by National Association of Realtors for 40 years of service. In 2016 I was inducted into the prestigious Real Estate National Fraternity, Omega Tau Rho at a Virginia Association of Realtors Conference.
“Real Estate is My Professional Career. Being a Realtor is not just about selling a home or finding the right property for our clients, it is about problem solving. Superior service is its own reward. Really listening and caring about the needs of my clients has led to a long career of making new friendships. This has been the basis for serving many repeat clients for themselves, their families and referral of friends. I believe giving the VERY BEST SERVICE and doing what needs to be done to get to closing. Should any situations develop along the way, I am there to help all the way to closing and beyond.
Realtors need to be updated on current laws and changes in the industry. I believe in expanding education in your chosen field. I earned my GRI, Graduate of the Realtors Institute in 1975, the same year I got my Brokers License. I was a 1980 Charter member of CRS, Certified Residential Specialist Designation. I have had appraisal and Commercial experience in the past. I was one of the first 500 Realtors to earn the ePro designation from National Assn of Realtors. I am a licensed Real Estate Instructor since 2014. We are learning new skills daily through Webinars and Videos.
I will LISTEN to you, and ASSIST you with the REAL ESTATE NEEDS, immediate or future, or just setting up a ‘no obligation chat’ with you. I can connect you with an
experienced lender to discuss different financing options to get the best program for you. If not quite ready to purchase, or build your “dream home”, they can guide you as to what to do to prepare until you are ready. I appreciate your Referrals! I will treat you, your family and friends as if they were my family. Call, text or email. I want to Help!
