Growing up in Virginia, I have always had a great love and appreciation for our gorgeous rolling hills and the old-school charm of our cities. I always lived in cramped apartments and dreamed about one day being able to own a house of my own or look out over my own plot of land—so much so that I used to study the classifieds looking for properties and walk around abandoned houses to see if they would be worth restoring. Living in and creating in a great home has always been my passion. I am an avid bargain-hunter and I love the “treasure hunt” to find that perfect property that checks all your boxes and won’t leave you house poor. As a newlywed, I understand the needs of families that are looking to accommodate a growing family but I’m also an experienced apartment dweller if you’re looking for a place to fly solo! My husband and I love spending time with our dog and I am always on the lookout for pet-friendly and horse properties! I love helping people search for a place that will house all of your children (furry or otherwise)!
One of my favorite quotes is from Gone with the Wind, where Gerald O’Hara says “The land is the only thing in the world worth working for, worth fighting for, worth dying for, because it’s the only thing that lasts.” I truly believe this and I try to live according to this principle every day. Finding and creating a beautiful place for your family to thrive and feel secure is the most important thing to me. Property ownership can be one of the greatest joys and lasting legacies that will serve your family well for generations to come! I’m so happy that I can assist people in all walks of life experience this joy so whether you’re starting a new chapter in life or looking for a place to start fresh, start your search with me!
